This year for Christmas we went to Grandpa and Grandma Storm's house in Ohio. It was a 12 hour drive without any problems! We surprised them a day early, they had no idea. We had a great time, all of my siblings were there except Billy and Mike, we missed them! All 17 grandkids were there and it was fun to watch them play. Mack and Heidi kept everyone entertained, they kept telling each other "you be nice!" and at one point had a very funny yelling match in the car. There were no major incidences and amazingly nobody got sick! We ate WAY too much yummy food, my sisters and mom and I had a fun trip to a spa for pedicures, did some great shopping and great visiting. Scott is the Spanish Branch President so we all went to their Christmas Party which was so fun and then Tom, Katie and I got to speak in Sacrament Mtg on Christmas Day. Yes I had to speak in Spanish but it went fairly well after 6 years. Katie had a translater. The weather was spring like which made traveling and getting out so easy. The kids loved playing in the pool, with the claw machine, the wii, making cotton candy with grandpa, going to the rainforest and doing other fun things. One of the funniest things that Mack said one morning was this...As my dad was leaving for work he said to Mack "Be a good boy for your mommy!" Well Mack followed him to the front door and said back to him "You be a good boy for Grandma!" We all had a good laugh. He and Molly had so much fun that when we pulled into our house at midnight after leaving my parents he woke up and realized we were home and cried out "Go to Grandma's house!" It was so sad. Here are a TON of pictures from our week and a half trip. Enjoy!
