Down on the Farm

We took our first family vacation to my grandpa and grandma's during Devins month long break! We left at 12:45am due to lack of air conditioning and hoping Mack would sleep most of the 11 hour trip. They drive went pretty smooth, I was so excited to get there, I hadn't been in about 8 years or so. It is a beautiful farm of 83 acres full of fun and adventure, just watch out for tics and chiggers! Devin ended up having chigger bites haha. That is what happens when you run the fields to chase wild turkeys! They have dairy cows of all sizes, Mack had a ball running from fence to fence on the farm to see the cows, playing with grandma and grandpa and even getting cozy with the baby cows letting them lick him. This is a view of the farm from the road. This cute farm house has come along way since they moved here over 25 years ago. It is such a beautiful place! You can see my grandma in the front waiving bye!
Seeing grandpa off to work early in the morning before we left.

Mack hardly lets anyone rock him, but he didn't mind one bit when grandma did!

Grandpa always takes the grandkids on tractor rides, Mack had a blast and so did Devin!
Grandpas lunch box that Mack loved carrying around...Ready for work!

Story time with grandma, he loved the Kitty book.
Baths in the sink were a first and favorite!

Devin and I loved the farm just as much. It was such a great 5 days, wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back!

Mack loved feeding time, check out the size of that bottle!

oh the sweet licks from the baby cows. Mack would just giggle!

Checking each other out!

Fun times with Dad roaming the farm.

Rock a bye Mack!
