Spring Break = Ohio!!

All I can say is this is how I WISH he rode most of the trip to Ohio, I will spare you the details and just say that we were glad to get there. It took us 14 hours. Molly was silent the entire ride.
We arrived on February 27th, Macks 2nd birthday. My mom had a wonderful party waiting for us with a great dinner, a cute cake, decorations and fun family which included- Grandpa and Grandma Stalnaker, Uncle Dave and his kids Brianna, Kristina, Henry and Amanda, my brother Scott, Beth and their little girl Heidi, my sister Becky and her kids Kevin, Grace, James and Emma and my parents! Mack had so much fun, a birthday to remember. Thanks mom and dad and all who were there!
The Girl Cousins! Grace, Emma and Molly.
Two peas in a pod and 60+ yrs difference! Mack loved playing the Wii with grandpa.
My sister Becky lives in Medina Ohio so I got to spend a day with her. She is such an wonderful and amazing person, so glad she is my sister and so sad we don't live closer.
We went to lunch at this cute little place in her town called Miss Molly's Tea Room. We took our little girls Molly and Emma. It was such a fun little outing and a darling place.
We had yummy food!
Hi Emma! The girls, we just missed Katie, Mom and Grace.
Aunt Becky and Uncle Scott with Mack and Molly. We always have such a fun time together! The kids were looking at their dog Parker, which Mack referred to "dog" the entire time, it was so funny.
So cute! Molly and Emma. Molly has Emma to thank for her cute wardrobe. We love you little Emma!!
Oh my gosh I love this. They were so fun together and Emma couldn't get enough of Molly, someone smaller than her!
Sweet James, oh he is getting so big, our little peach. He was so good with Molly as you can see.
Dad, being dad!
Ok that is better haha. Mack and James in their hats from Uncle Mike.
My sister Becky's kids Kevin, Grace, James and Emma with Mack and Molly in the appropriate age order. We miss them!
We were able to spend a day and night with my grandparents, Grandpa and Grandma Stalnaker. We had such a fun time with them. Mack and Molly acted like they have known them forever and Mack would call out "grandpa! grandma!" when one of then was not in the room, it was so cute. We were well fed and entertained and really enjoyed our time with them.
The Auction is a tradition to go to when we go to grandpas. Haha usually camo is used to hide you but in this case it is the only way you can find Devin...in the green camo coat waiting to bid on something, we had a great time!
The Chinese Buffet, another tradition and a grandpa favorite!
We were very excited to go, I always have funny memories from these places.
They serve frog legs here, I am holding one by the foot and that is as close as it came to my mouth! Devin likes them and so does my grandpa. They say they taste like chicken, so really if that is the case then I will just stick to eating chicken thank you. Here we all are!
When I got Molly out of her carrier this cute waitress came right over and took her! I was shocked and then it was cute so I had to get a picture. There were 3 of them all around her just adoring her and she was very nice to them.
Mack was enjoying himself, he has not yet discovered the crawfish that Devin put on his plate.
So Devin helped him discover it. Didn't go so well haha. Sick.
BUT he did discover and enjoyed his first ice cream cone! Although here I think he was starting to get a brain freeze.
Molly with the great grandparents, I love this picture. They live on the John Johnson Farm in Hiram Ohio and we enjoyed riding on this Cub Cadet back to the woods for a little adventure in the morning. Mack was looking for his buckle.
It is so beautiful and peaceful there. I have many memories playing on the farm as a girl, finding crawfish and salamanders in the creek below the bridge we are standing on.
Mack loved getting out for the adventure!
This is driving back to the house, it is to the right of the barn and left of the church.
Molly and Great Grandpa Stalnaker, love this!
It is always a fun time when we get to visit.
Mack and his cousin Heidi who is one month older than he. They had a great time together! She is super cute and full of energy, she kept Mack on his toes!
My dad is a zoo fan and we love it! That is the treat for all the grandkids, getting to go to the zoo with Grandpa! So we got to have our turn to go with grandpa to the Cleveland Zoo!
We rode the bus to the aquarium and monkey house, it was cold out so it was nice to be indoors and nobody was there so the kids could run free!
This is great picture, I am trying to show Mack a shark that was swimming upward not aware of the one he was looking at coming right at us!!
The bus ride back, Mack loved it not having to sit in a carseat.
The Lioness
White Castle is a Storm Family Favorite! That is my dad in the drive thru, he is sticking his head out so you could see him, sorry dad to far away! We love those little hamburgers!!
This is an AMAZING candy store. It has EVERY kind of candy, oh my gosh it is such a fun place!
Here is just a small part of what is all in here.
Jelly Belly anyone? Mack did so great in here and had fun seeing all the colors and fun treats!
Molly and her Grandma! We had fun seeing grandma, she had training for work most of the week for her new job but we still got to see her at night.
Grandpa and Molly
Pool time! My parents have a fun pool house attached to the house that makes for a fun time for all!! Mack loved riding in this boat with "papaw".

Heidi is such a little fish! She was so fun in the pool.
Mack asked for the pool randomly during the next day wanting to go back in!
Molly got in on the action, sorry girl I didn't get you in a suit! Next time :) She loved it.
We had a fun time with Uncle Scott, the kids really did, this is right before we were leaving and it was past bedtime.
Spending the last hour with grandma and grandpa. Always so fun to go and so sad to leave. Can't wait to see you at Christmas!
This is an example of simple Storm family humor.

Looks like lots of fun. We might be driving 13 hours to Oregon for one of Nate's clinical affiliations and I hope, hope, hope the kids will be ok. Ashlyn is who I worry about, good to know that Molly did good at that age. We may get guess passes from a friend to fly me and the kids. That would be great. Stressful still but shorter period of time.
