Molly at 1 1/2 yrs old

Molly has hit another mile mark and it came way to fast! We cannot believe she is 18 months old. She went in for her check up and she is 21 lbs.  13% for her age and 31" long 25% for her age, she is our little lady and we love her! She has become so independent as you can see she can get into the fridge and find what she wants, her favorite is apples.

She started to be a full-time walker at 17 months and 3 weeks she took her sweet old time, that is Molly's temperament. She is a very content little girl and takes her time, but once she has got it she is a pro! She is a smarty and loves to wear my shoes, she can get them on the right way and the right feet without help each time!

Molly loves to sing and be a girly girl. She is always finding my bracelets to wear, loves lotion, loves smelling lotion, loves to wear my lip gloss and say "ewww" in this high pitch sweet voice at bugs and the littlest things. She is quiet and shy unless she is as home where she comes unleashed and her personality shines. She loves to sing and tell Mack "no!" While pointing her finger at him when he is doing something wrong of if she notices me correcting him. She yells "Maaa K" it is so cute and she is a fun little sister to tease as he is finding out.

This picture makes me think of how sweet and delicate Molly is. She is not a rough and tumble kind of girl. She is so gentle and loves little babies, yay for baby girl coming soon :) She has a sweet little voice, she rarely yells, screams or cries unless it is necessary due to others teasing her or hurting her little feelings. She loves to snuggle, mostly with mom but she is a daddy's girl. She LOVES her dad, she loves to play with him and get his attention plus she looks like him!

Molly also has tricks up her sleeve that shock you. Despite her sweet demeanor she is quite the dare devil! I often find her climbing on things she shouldn't and she will look at me and say "ta da!" She has courage, quiet courage. In that way she is also like her daddy, she just quietly does things without drawing attention to herself.

Molly had her first time in Nursery on Sunday and did awesome! Devin took her and was able to slip away after 10 minutes. She doesn't make a fuss unless someone is mean to her or bothers her so I think she will do fine. We love the 2 hour break and it is good for her to be with other kids without us. After it was over Mack went to get her and they were so excited to see each other and when we asked her about being in Nursery she just beamed like she knew she was a big girl and could go there like Mack does.

She has turned into a little girl. Her favorite things to say are mommy, daddy, Mack, dinosaur, elephant, juice, teeth, night night, church, books, shoes, apple, almost, I'm stuck, I'm cold, please, thank you, bye bye, night night, diaper and then she can repeat about 85% of what you tell her to say. She folds her arms and mumbles prayers and loves family prayer time.

It was so weird to see her off on her own playing on the playground in Texas. She loved to go down the slide and climb on things that were her size.

I love when Molly is tired, she is so snuggly and cute!
Eating her favorite fruit and sitting in her favorite chair, her rock a bye, with her blankeys she has that she loves and is protective of. She also loves her lamb, kitty and elephant pillow.

We can never get enough of this sweet face and always and so excited to see it after naps and in the morning!

She can beat you in any stare down contest. This girl can give looks and she will study you over like a book in the most serious way. I think she is going to be a very good judge of character, I can tell she already is. And you don't mess with her when she has her apple.
And like any other toddler she is into ALOT of things making messes. She loves to be in her room and dump out drawers and baskets. We are now working on cleaning up which she provides herself with lots of practice and is a good helper when told to help clean it up. We love this little girl and have a hard time picturing the next but are so excited as we have been so blessed and so happy with the two wonderful kids we have. Love you Molly girl!
