Thanksgiving 2013

This year for Thanksgiving we were at Grandma and Grandpa Thompson's. Great Grandpa Thompson came, Uncle Kent, Uncle Billy, Uncle Ethan, Uncle Tyler and Aunt Abbie were there. Dad just bought a new smoker and decided to smoke the turkey and we had a ham! They were both so delicious but the turkey was the best, dad won a gold star for brining it and smoking it all night. We had plenty of pies, mom made a really yummy French silk pie and we had lots of pumpkin and fuit pies too! We had left overs for days which is the best. We have so many things to be thankful for, most importantly our Savior and the gospel in our lives. Through the blessings of the gospel we are an eternal family and can live with our Heavenly Father again one day. We are blessed to live in this country to be able to have the gospel. This year we were blessed with dad graduating dental school and being able to move back to Idaho Falls where he is a dentist with grandpa and we can live by family and see them often!

And of course they had to start black Friday early. Dad, Uncle Billy and I went to walmart to get a steel of a deal on grills, $100! We got in and out in 15 minutes, it was CRAZY!!!
