Easter

We had such a fun Easter this year. For family home evening and throughout the week we talked about the importance of Easter, we watched Finding Faith in Christ and taught the kids the importance of Easter and the resurrection of the Savior. We discussed how we are able to all be alive again after we die and can have eternal life because of the Savior and his sacrifice for all of us. The blessing of this allows us to be an eternal family which we are so grateful for. We talked about the fun part of Easter with the Easter Bunny, coloring eggs and their Easter baskets with candy. Mack and Molly did great grasping the teachings of the Savior and the real reason for Easter and how it is more important than the Easter Bunny. We did have fun with them this year coloring eggs and they loved finding them as well as their baskets that morning and doing an egg hunt and Grandpa and Grandma Thompson's with Aunt Dana, Paige, Uncle Bill and Aunt Abbie.
