We are so excited to have this new baby join our family! We went to the hospital at 5 am Monday April 28, 2014 for a scheduled C-section at Mountain View Hospital. Dr. Christensen and Dr. Baker performed the surgery. Mom was 39 weeks and 2 days. We were anxious to get her here and prayed everything went well. The doctors and nurses were wonderful and took great care of us. The kids were with grandma and grandpa Thompson for the week and excited to come see the baby that day.

| We decided you looked a lot like Mack when he was born but that you also had your own look to you. We finally decided to name you Kate Ann Thompson. Ann is after your great grandma Thompson, Ann Thompson. Kate is a name mom and dad both really loved and felt it fit well for you and with the rest of your siblings names. |

| You were so sweet, wide awake the first two days always wanting to eat, we thought you would never sleep! But they you settled in and loved to sleep next to mom. |

I can't believe you have 4 kids! They are so sweet. I love that Mack loves his sisters.
It's funny that your doctors were named Christensen and Baker--my mom's maiden name is Baker.
Rohayhu!
She is so precious!
