Merry Christmas! Two weeks worth!!!

Molly, her first Christmas wearing her cute little Santa outfit from Grandma Storm. This is as happy as Mack gets around Santa.
I saw Mack kissing Santa Clause...
Mack loves his Uncle Landon, especially when he reads him his favorite book! Sorry it wasn't Harry Potter Landon.
Lynne and Ethan. Mother and son twinners!
Lawson and Molly. Cute cousins.
Makayla our other cute sheep.
Lawson I think was a Wise man or a Shepherd. He did a great job!
Molly played baby Jesus as Porter was sleeping. Mack the good little sheep he was just sat and watched her.
In the stable.
Landon was the best Donkey ever and carried Mary played by Addison. Bryson was a Shepherd.
There were so many of us it was so much fun. Grandma Hyer planned out the Christmas Play, Mack was a sheep. One of my best friends from college, Carrie Miller Smith came up from Provo to see us. It was so fun to visit with her and so glad she came!
We drove first to Great Grandpa and Grandma Hyer's in Kaysville
for a couple of days and for the annual Hyer Christmas Party. Mack was worn out and ready for a nap! Love his Christmas sweater from Grandma Storm.
and Molly's Christmas from Becky, it was Grace's and we were so glad it fit! Molly and Great Grandma Thompson
We went and saw Great Grandpa and Grandma Thompson on Christmas Day.
All the Grandkids in there PJ's Santa brought for them on Christmas Eve, it was the best we could get. Thanks for looking Mack!Porter and Molly playing under the Christmas Tree. Porter is Devin's sister Sara's youngest. Porter is 8 months and Molly is 4 months.
Mack and Makayla at the Christmas Eve Brunch.
Christmas Eve Brunch, Abbie, Landon and Ethan. Lynne always does an amazing job with her table settings!
Uncle Tyler teaching Mack some piano lessons. Mack loved this.
Devin with Santa. I love this. Never to big to sit on Santa's knee. He loved it can you tell!Molly and her first Santa experience she did very well compared to her brother.
Yep still afraid. Maybe next year, third times a charm Mack!
Christmas Morning, Molly's first Christmas with Grandpa Rex. Note Devin's Moose head is still in their basement, I love it.
Mack loves his very own new computer! Molly is the only one paying attention and Devin's is thoroughly enjoying himself. I love my little family.
Aunt Abbie and Mack Firing off bowling balls on Christmas Day from the cannon Devin and Tyler made.
Watch the video at the end of the post.
MMMMM! Sara and I had the Storm tradition of Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Karo Syrup for breakfast Christmas morning, they are so delish! I was trying to use my bumpit in my hair that morning haha.
Everything for Christmas eating from Sushi, to Fruit Cake, Pancakes, Veggie Tray, Meat and Cheeses on rolls, Fruits, Crackers....it was amazing!
We went into Beehive where I worked and saw all my old coworkers, here is Mack with Teresa, she is the best! She gave him all the old cell phones, he was in Heaven! I miss my friends at work so it was so fun to visit!!
Uncle Bill and Aunt 'B'. We were so glad we got to spend time with them before they went to
Ohio for Christmas. Mack had SOOOO much fun with them and they got to see Molly for the first time! We love that they are still in Idaho.
AND we got to spend time with Aunt Katie and Uncle Chris! Aunt Katie is Mack's favorite, sorry Grandma's, he even prefers her over me when she is around. He started calling her mommy while we were there. She got to stay an entire week with us after Christmas at Devin's parents while she had to work and Chris was in Utah. We loved it! She also is responsible for 90% of the bows and flowers you see Molly wear.
Mack in Grandpa Rex's new dental chair. He had all the buttons figured out and could make it go up and down and lay back. He couldn't have been happier! When we did walk into the office though he started bawling when he saw the girls in scrubs, he thought he was going to get shots hahaha.
Molly getting her fist imprint at the dental office, didn't even phase her.
Geology buds. Bill and Tyler working on puzzles and as you can tell eating chocolate treats. Thanks Bill haha!
Everyone working on puzzles, it was a fun activity that lasted literally all two weeks.Having the yummy traditional Egg Nog Shakes!
Porter, Porty Pie or Mr. Smee. He is Sara's littlest one and so cute!
Mack with his cousins Lawson and Makayla, it was so fun to have them there from Texas!

Christmas has been good to us this year, it has every year really. We opened Christmas with my parents on Skype (love skype) before we left. They gave some wonderful gifts, new towels, portable DVD player and cute cute Christmas outfits for the kids! Thanks to them for a great start to our vacation!! This year we went to Idaho for Christmas to be with Devin's family and I was lucky enough to have my brother Bill and his wife Bridget and sister Katie and her husband Chris there for some of it as well!! The drive, yes we drove, went very well. It took 17 hours both ways to Kaysville Utah, very little bad well and very well behaved children! Molly did not make a peep, seriously the whole time. Mack did awesome for an active 2 year old. Devin and I had great conversations, you can imagine who did most of that talking haha. But we really did enjoy our time together in the car since we have not seen much of each other the past 1 1/2 years of dental school! We were able to stay for 2 weeks and did so many fun things. Here is a run down and I will have tons of pictures and captions to share it all! We had the annual Hyer Christmas Party and Grandma Hyer put on the Christmas Story with the grand and great grandchildren, it was so fun and it was such a great party with almost all the Hyers there. We had a white elephant and Rex got five 5,000 piece puzzles that kept everyone busy over the holidays. So many treats from the infamous Eggnog Shakes, Chinese, Johnny Carinos, Pumpkin Cobbler, the Storm tradition of Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Karo Syrup on Christmas morning, hors d'oeuvres GALORE, chocolates and more chocolates, amazing I only gained 2 lbs! We played a Candy Bar game where you roll dice, get doubles you can take candy from the middle or steel from others, played our family version of Silent Library(look it up on google and watch some!) that was such a blast, Devin and his brothers made a cannon from an oxygen tank that shot bowling balls, we did this on Christmas Day(will post a video) watched movies, went and watched Gullivers Travels, Santa Rex came Christmas Eve, we played the game Moods and had some great laughs. I can't think of anymore highlights hope you enjoyed the plethera of photos!
Here is the cannon Devin and Tyler made out of an oxygen tank. They fill it with gun powder, throw a bowling ball down in and light the fuse! It was fun to do and a fun video to watch, you can see the bowling ball fly and it would make a really cool whistling noise from the finger holes.

I think I looked at this, but then I didn't read the captions....Or maybe I'm just thinking of all the pictures you posted on facebook because some things seemed familiar, but others didn't. It was so good to see you!!!! I miss you! Looks like you guys had so much fun for Christmas. I'd love to spend Christmas with the Thompson's one year! That cannon ball launch was awesome! Leave it to the Thompson's to figure out how to blow something up somehow on Christmas morning, hahaha! Great pictures! And all that food looks soooooo good! It's making my mouth water thinking about it. Hope you're doing well!
