Mack and Molly are 18 months apart and getting to become the best of friends and have a love/hate relationship at times. They both know how to push each others buttons and they are 2 and 3 1/2, ages that come with possession issues and taking turns. They make us laugh everyday, make us think of good and effective punishments, come up with activities to keep us from going crazy all day long, learn how to get crayon off the walls which I thought we had gotten over and many other daily things that leave us exhausted and ready for bed by 9pm. We love these two and they have been so good for each other since Jane came to keep one another busy while I am taking care of her needs. These pictures are just some of our daily events.
| They love playing in boxes and filling them with things, they are both collectors and gatherers. They love poptarts and the gameboy. Here they are enjoying a movie in their box seats. |
| I get the privilege of working with this fuzzy mess every morning! We don't know how this happens during her sleep but it is wild. |
| We took a walk up to the trains, we try to get out on our stroller rides as much as possible before the winter comes. |
| We brought up the highchair for Jane and these two seemed to find a way to make if fun for them as well! |
| They laugh a lot together. |
| A classic goofy brother bothering his sister who is getting ready to squeal. |
| Somedays Mack and I get to have afternoons with just the 2 of us if the girls nap at the same time. We love it! |
| Molly is growing so fast, talking in sentences, having conversations and displaying her independent personality. She is our one that can be so serious and quiet and yet at times be the silliest, put on a show kind of girl. She loves her daddy almost more than her elephant and bug pillows which get thrown down the stairs each morning and HAVE to be in her bed for naps and bedtime. Oh and you don't dare take or touch them! |
| They love to help me cook and lick/try anything they can, here it was brownie batter. Molly is wearing her very favorite pj's that she would wear all day everyday if I let her. Mack is playing in the sink with the water which is his favorite thing to do. |
| Popcorn!!! We love to make and eat popcorn, Mack loves to get it out, set it up and plug it in. He also loves to add the salt and as much as he can. |
| Mack is so smart with the computer and the games that he plays. His favorite is pbskids.org and he of course loves to play curious george, wild krats, martha speaks and many other games. He now likes to play a church website game where he learns about the prophet, apostles and other things about the church. |
| They both LOVE their dad. He can calm them down and take over before I have a breakdown with them. We make a great team for these two. We are grateful for and love our dad! |
| Stickers!!!! |
| This girl is all about dipping sauces, this time, mustard. Her favorites are sour cream, ketchup, ranch and she also loves peanut butter. She is still our treat patrol girl, I swear she was born with a 6th sense for anything delicious. She likes to say "oh my gosh! treats!" when she spots them. |
| I love this. Mack sleeps on the top bunk but a few weeks ago we found him on the bottom with Molly, good think it is a full size! We did move him to the top due to the crazy positions they both get into through the night and we wanted to avoid being woken up because of it. |
