Happy Halloween

Our last year trick or treating at the dental school, we had so much fun going to see dad and going around to the different staff with the kids. Mack and Molly loved it and loved being little pirates.

Captain Mack Sparrow! He made an awesome pirate and was the favorite costume of many. He loves getting dressed up for Halloween.

Our Halloween baby Jane

The kids were excited to carve their pumpkins.

Molly started to clean it out but then refused once she  saw the goop inside. Neither one of them would touch it so mom had to clean them out while dad carved them.

Happy with their pumpkins.

To further our Halloween celebration we made sugar cookies with Candice and Charlotte.

Molly was all about licking the frosting.

Off to the ward trunk or treat, chili and pie cook off!

We had such a fun time at the ward party.

Halloween night they were ready to go get their loot. Mom took them around Village Green with Claire who was a Christmas Tree that lit up, she was so cute!

Molly surprised me with how ambitious she was about getting her free candy! She was not afraid of anything, said "trick or treat" and "thank you much!" as she walked away to the next house.

It was fun to watch them knock and all yell trick or treat together.

Molly with her friend Charlotte. We will miss not having Village Green to do our trick or treating in, it is so fun with all our friends and neighbors and easy to walk from townhouse to townhouse.

Molly, Sophia and Bella the matching pirates.

Mack was so happy with his candy collection. We were out for an 1 1/2 hrs and both he and Molly walked the entire way. I was impressed with how far we went and they had their buckets full to the rim of candy!

Molly had so much fun this year! She loves treats and was in heaven with being able to get free candy if she just said "trick or treat!" in between houses she would scream "CANDY!" I could not believe how much energy she had the entire time. She could not wait to eat it. It was such a fun year taking them around and the weather was beautiful.

We could not believe how much candy they had. After they went to bed it was sorted and put away in the cabinet to be regulated.
